Do you have hearing loss, treated or untreated? Once each month in June, July and August, the Sarasota/Manatee chapter of the Hearing Loss Association conducts FREE mid-day
“Rap Sessions” at the North Sarasota Library.
 
With no guest speaker, we host a relaxing, open session to focus on individual needs for people with hearing loss. Bring your questions, concerns, disappointments, discoveries, successes, and joys to
share and discuss. Family members and friends are welcome, too!

Lunch is available for purchase 11:45 ($5) or bring your own
Program begins at Noon

Live CART Captioning is provided and the room has a Hearing Loop for telecoils

The HLAA Sarasota/Manatee Chapter meets each month on the second Wednesday at the Sarasota North Library, which has a hearing loop installed and the Chapter provides CART (Communication Access Real-time Captioning), so “hearing” is not stressful at all.
Members and guests are always welcome – no RSVP required!

HLAA – Sarasota/Manatee Chapter offers education, information, advocacy and support for those with hearing loss and their families. Meetings are always open to the community. Individual mentoring and support sessions are available for anyone in need at no cost.  Meeting supported by CART –  Refreshments served after the meeting
