“Don’t Let Ototoxic Drugs Flip Your World
Upside Down!” by Neil Bauman

Did you know that there are hundreds upon hundreds of drugs that can damage your ears? You seldom learn about these ototoxic side effects until one of these ear-damaging drugs has robbed you of your hearing, caused horrible ringing in your ears, or damaged your balance. These are just 3 of the 30 ototoxic side effects of such drugs.

The good news is that you don’t have to let ototoxic drugs flip your world upside down! At the October 6th meeting of the HLAA Florida State Association, our presenter will be Neil Bauman, Ph.D., who runs the Center for Hearing Loss Help in Lynden, WA. Dr. Neil is the author of the comprehensive book “Ototoxic Drugs Exposed”. As well, he has penned more than 160 articles on ototoxic drugs.

Dr. Neil will explain what ototoxic drugs are, give you real-life examples of the kinds of damage these drugs can do to your ears, and provide guidelines for minimizing your risk of experiencing ototoxic side effects. Come to our virtual Zoom meeting and learn more about ototoxic drugs and how you can put the odds of experiencing ototoxic side effects in your favor.

You are invited to a Zoom meeting. This meeting will NOT be recorded!
