NOTE: All non-procedural motions during the Annual Meeting must be submitted in writing to ensure they are recorded accurately.

HLAA Florida will Host the annual meeting via Zoom October 17, 2020 at noon.


Final nominations for board officers and membership are due by Friday October 16, 2020. You may submit your nominations for the position indicated below or nominate yourself. Once the nominations are reviewed a ballot will be prepared and submitted during the annual meeting.


Each candidate must be a member of HLAA National and preferably a member of local HLAA Chapter.
