Requirement Applies Whether or not Your Chapter is included in the HLAA Group Tax Exemption

The IRS will revoke the tax-exempt status of all organizations required to file that have not filed for the past three years. This could significantly impact your Chapters’ ability to raise funds or solicit donations. It is not something you want to happen.
