Form to get tax exempt status for your chapter:
You need to apply for a Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption from the state of Florida in order to enjoy the state sales tax exemption. If you have any questions about the application
process, call the Exemption Unit of Central Registration at 850-487-4130 or mail them at PO Box 6480, Tallahassee, FL 32314-6480.
